Prime Minister Boris Johnson will confirm new corona virus measures on Monday which will allow fans back into the various stadia.
Football matches have been played behind closed since April due to the outbreak of the virus. In general all contacts sports were stopped for some time.
The good news also has it that only supporters from areas with Tier 1 and Tier 2 restrictions will be allowed to attend, those based in Tier 3 zones will continue to be out.
Also includes significant guidelines in place for stadia when they reopen. Football clubs will be allowed only 50 percent of their stadium capacity back into the stadium or a maximum of 4,000 people. Clubs in Tier 2 areas are able to hold a maximum of 2,000 football fans.
Premier league sides, Southampton and Brighton are the only premier league to have maximum reach. They are Tier 1.
Social distancing is another rule that will be adhered to and some others to be reported.
